We currently do not offer refunds for all software products. When a user opts to a cancel a subscription they have paid for, the subscription will remain active until the end of the subscribed period. A reasonable time-period for free-trial, decided by Halogen Technologies Limited may be made available to users in accordance to the terms set by the company.
